Order & Shipping Policy

If a customer orders on x date, then processing time is 24- 72 hours (Excluding Sat – Sun, Public Holidays ) which includes order confirmation, address verification in case of doubtful / incomplete address, packaging of Items.

Order processing time is separate from the shipping time, when order is processed then it is shipped for delivery.

In case of any failed payment cases when amount is deducted, usually it takes 24- 72 working hours to refund of amount, if it is not resolves please let us know in email on upliftmaths@gmail.com

After the shipment within 24-48 hours, shipment/ tracking details are emailed to customers, in case of any discrepancy or query they can email on upliftmaths@gmail.com

For shipping time duration can be from 8 – 15 days from the day of shipment depending upon customers address location and connectivity

It is customers responsibility to provide correct address including pincode and contact number, failing to do it might lead to delay in order processing and shipment. If customer enters wrong details they can immediately email to upliftmaths@gmail.com with subject title “ Order No.XXXX update in address/contact number”

We are very much committed to our services but there might be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Transportation facilities might be hampered to any specified location (source / intermediate / final destination) due to some local agitation/ Covid / Flood/Curfew/ natural calamity, so these specific customers are advised to be patient and cooperative.
